Never lose your way to a friend or family’s house again with AmiGO

Have you ever struggled to find the way to your friend’s house? It is dark and all the roads look different, and you can’t remember their exact address to put into your sat nav. But you have a lightbulb moment: you know you have it saved in your contacts. And even better yet, you have AmiGO installed on your phone.

Well, fret no more, as the TomTom AmiGO app has contacts integration (hooray)!

What does that mean? Let me explain all…

Seamlessly navigate to your contact’s address

Enable contacts for the first time by clicking on the ‘Search contacts’ card.

In the AmiGO app when you search you will see a new contacts card. Clicking on this asks for permission to access your contacts. By giving the app this permission, you allow it to only see your contact’s name, address, and the label you attach to that address.

Now it is as easy as searching for your contact’s name and, voila, you can now see your contact’s address in the search results.
